Hello everyone,

I am new to the BB world !
I have a Z10 and i wanted to know if the next update (10.2) will fix the problem for sideload apps ?
Because i can see in the forums that people has some bank apps working but not mine, i always have the error 9, so i wated to know if the next update will arrange that or not ?

If it is the same app, then you probably have a bad version or the apk to bar conversion wasn't done right.

10.2 will bring Jelly Bean Android and thus should allow all Android apps to work..

If it is a native app you need to install a debug token, and do the app to bar yourself (it's not hard). If the app is for any version of android over 2.3.3 than you need to wait until 10.2 before it works. If the app is working for someone else on 10.1 and not for you than try to get a different version of it and make sure you have a good bar file.

Can we know what app you are trying to install and what OS you are on? It would make bit easier to solve the issue.

Please blackberry is frustrating me am on 10.1.0.273 STL-100 my sound keeps going off and on its really pissing me off like criouly no sound is working on my device alert l,music, no sound atall please what can I do cus dis is gonna b my last BlackBerry I ever buy

"Mon budget" is available on BlackBerry World

For Barclays and Banque (Caisse d'�pargne ?), you'll have to convert them. As they support Android 2.2 minimum, the classic way of converting apk should work.

Thanks for telling me that Mon Budget was already here , i didn't notice.
But for the barclays and caisse d'epargne app, even with the sideload, always error 9....always, so annoying...

Anyone can try to do them and tell me if its works ?

I've tried to sideload Banque and it didn't word because he need Google Map library which is provided by the play store if I remember well. So you might be stuck for this one.

I didn't tried Barclays (can't download the apk from the play store and don't know why)
