    Seems ridiculous to have that button at the bottom of the screen, especially with the entire row squishing what is visible more than it already is.

    Glad to see that there's an option to hide the bar on 10.2.1 for Q10 but the back swipe doesn't seem to work for me. Every time I try it I end up outside of the Android app.

    Why not just leave functionality of the back gesture that is used everywhere else on the phone? !

    You don't have to keep that back button. Just swipe from the top and you have the option to hide the bottom bar. When you will want to go back you will have to swipe diagonally from bottom center to left or right.
