in the interests of 'conditioning' (which may or may not make a difference) I've been trying to run mine down each day:

[30% brightness, auto-dim after 1 min, cellular and bluetooth active only - moderate browsing, 200 emails a day, 15-25 texts, lots of BBM]

Day 1 - about 12 hours (lots of syncing/playing etc)
Day 2 - about 14 hours
Day 3 - about 12 hours
Day 4 - about 13 hours
Day 5 - about 15 hours
Day 6 - actually it's only been 5 hours and I'm down to 26% so not sure what's happening today!

It would be helpful to add some basic settings, such as screen brightness and timeout interval, GPS usually on or off, BT on or off.

Battery time threads like this are useless without showing actual screen on time. Some people may have their phone sitting on a desk for 10 hrs, some people may have it in their hand for that same amount of time. Screen time is what we need to judge appropriately.

Have you had LTE enabled the whole time? That makes a huge difference.

Mine has screen at about 20%, on 3G, GPS,NFC,wifi off. Lasted from 0530 to 2030, when it switched itself off as the battery was completely drained. So that's about 15 to 16 hours. Was using the device for quite a bit of that.

It's interesting. As I type this I realise that I was tutting to myself about poor battery life, but 16 hours, and much of it with the phone in use, ain't too bad. Still need to get a spare battery once they are available.
