    Why after I updated to 10.1.0.4181/10.1.0.4633 official software last week, until 50-60 percent my device shutdown? And if I turn on it didn't turn on my z10..
    After I plugged usb charger now my z10 its turn on and show battery with red/empty...and same again if my battery status os range 50-60 percent....

    Why? Its my z10 problem or my software release bug?

    I try hard reset, pull out my battery/sim and nothing happen, same error..

    There is no problem before I update it..

    Anyone can help me ? Can I fixed this? Thx be4

    But i had this error after update to 10.1.0.4181..
    Before update to 10.1.0.4181, my zee10 can shutdown it self/normally if my battery to a zero % ( on prev os )

    Bcause update it to .4181 official ?

    Hmm... maybe reloading your os to an older version and doing an update from there would be worth a shot. be sure to back up your data first though. Take my advice with a grain of salt, I've never reloaded the os on my z10 before. This is just what I would try if I was in your situation.

    You'll probably find information on this elsewhere in the forum.

    How to reloaded / downgrade to 10.1.0.273 official? Because before I update it to 10.1.0.4181 my os version 10.1.0.273

    And where I can get this file os?
