    Hello,

    Either there is something wrong with me or BlackBerry 10 ? After several weeks of fixing BBProtect , I decided to load 10.2 OS on my BlackBerry. And it was a mistake I couldn't restore the backup I had made . So I returned to 10.1 with BlackBerry Link but nothing has changed. Seriously I have no idea what to do . I need my Remember , Password Keeper entires but I cant restore them. I've been trying wiping out my BB, reinstalling OS, deleting Link back and forth, doing all the things with sim card or without it the same with memory card. I mean I don't know what to do . I tried a few solutions that I had found either here or blackberry support forum but they didn't work. Maybe I keep doing a mistake that is pretty common . Any ideas ?

    Thank you for reply but every time I try to restore from my old backup it restarts even with Sachesi. And all apps I installed last night were deleted.
    What should I do ?

    Hmm... I'm afraid you have a corrupted backup there. Not much I can think of in this case.

    Apps, you can always download them back from BlackBerry World.
