Still getting used to 10.2. I find that randomly things (people or conversations) are automatically added to Priority Hub. Or am I doing something to make these get added? Every few days I got into Priority Hub and have to "demote" all the random emails in there.

Any idea why this is happening?

Try going into your priority hub settings and turn off "Messages with high importance".

I still can't figure out why certain emails or chats are labeled as priority. Particularly with BBM, there are several chats that will be denoted as priority, but none of the settings for priority hub seem to explain the reason. This isn't a real problem, as I simply just remove the priority. However, I do wonder why it happens.
