There is none that is perfect.
Someone will come and tell you, oh it's 10.3.2.840
Another will post and say, no its 10.3.2.858

And so on.

Someone will even generalise it for you and say 10.3.2.2339 is the most stable.

It's all user dependent.

You will need to try it yourself and see. But to answer your question, it's always good to be on the newest and latest updates as they fix whatever issues encountered and reported on previous updates.
