Auto correct is different since 10.3.2 update

Hello got a Z10 on verizon and in the old setup I had virtually all auto suggestions turned off. I just had the basic auto correct features. But now with the new update I have it in the same setting but it's still popping up with the suggested word popping up on the space bar. It gets a little annoying especially since now it gets the word wrong probably 5x more often than before. Before the auto correct feature was perfect except it constantly gets if and of, and but mixed up with bit, I blame it on being Canadian, but that's it normally.

So question is is this the standard now for the auto correct to pop up with a suggested word the second you press space?

I'm thinking yes since it's been doing that every OS i load.
