Is it possible to switch to using IMAP or even ActiveSync so a copy of your Sent email is saved on the server?

Thanks man. I tried imap, it work ok with my Z10 on 10.2.1, verified at sent box of server too, sent email is there. But at the sametime, using imap on outlook 2013 is full of trouble, outlook slows down like dead on every event of action. Due to this problem, I am back to pop3. Used K9email app on bb10, its good, do have auto bcc feature, using on my note 10.1 from a year now, but k9 uses lot of battery on z10. Any firm solution? Please advice.

Outlook using IMAP/ActiveSync needs "cached mode" enabled. If you don't have it enabled yet, I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with the performance when you turn it on.

If I understand the OP correctly, he is asking about Auto BCC with a POP3 account. I also would like to know how to do this since I don't use Outlook and the email account on my phone is POP3.

Even if I manually BCC myself, it never comes back through my phone's inbox.

I don't think there is any auto-BCC functionality out there guys. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I think the best bet for those of you who want a copy saved in their sent items on other clients is to switch to another protocol such as IMAP or ActiveSync.

I did a quick search for Outlook 2013 IMAP issues and found some ideas to work around for the issues:
