I a gree with you the new font is a pain to use for reading. Regarding exchanging it with older fonts, it is not possible since there is a new and different UI in the 10.3.0.XXXX and 10.3.1.XXXX. The only hope for arabic readers is to get BlackBerry to change it themselfs or to have a third party apps to do so.

Contact BlackBerry via all available channels and get others to do the same. They'll improve it for sure in a next update!

So maybe there's a way to return to 10.2?
