My leap 10 can't install any apps that I download from the browser

Do all Android apps not work, or just some?

Need one more important piece of info. What OS do you have on your device? Plus, have you enabled "Allow apps from other sources to be installed " ?

I reset it. Thus apps like WhatsApp. Running 10.3 version

Still need more info--is it 10.3.2.xxxx or 10.3.3.xxxx . You need to be on 10.3.3. for optimum android runtime compatibility.

Press and hold both volume up and down buttons simultaneously until the device reboots. Let it sit for 15 minutes before trying again.
If this doesn't fix your issue, a wipe with an autoloader is most likely in order for you.

I think you'll have to do a fresh install of the OS, as the Android Runtime appears corrupted.

Download to PC, unzip, plug in your device, and run the autoloader. Your phone will be wiped in the process.
