I noticed last week that no apps were being displayed in the Application Permission screen. There was apps shown in this screen before, but all of the sudden they disappeared. It’s just a blank screen now with the following text, “There are no applications to manage”.
I have tried to restart and even uninstalled Skype and reinstalled it through the App Words because I remember Skype was one if the app listed in the screen before.
Settings> Security and Privacy >Application Permissions
You went past bb10 magical app number for installs. It seems to be random amount. If delete some apps; the most recent installs the list should reappear. Wiping phone is useless. Once you reinstall all the apps again the list will disappear again. Complain about it to blackberry so maybe they will eventually fix it. It has been a problem since the beginning of bb10.
The only way I got the apps to show up was to start removing and uninstalling some of the apps which I no longer use or use the least. I checked after each time I removed an app to see if there was apps displayed in the Application Permissions screen.
