    All my android apps crash if online- network or wifi since I updated to 10.2.1. Load and don't crash if offline. Tried everything full factory reset, side loading the run time. Please help. It a z10

    Hi and welcome! This is very sad. Have you tried downloading the 1925 leak and loading it on your phone with autoloader? It's the same OS as the OTA one and should resolve your problems.
