Hey guys
I just updated my os and I downloaded APK files directly. While I was installing the file it got stuck on processing
How I can fix the problem?

App manager >installing app> allows app from other sources
I did that but nothing changed

I've got the same issue on my z10. I've installed Snap, I can download APK files. When I try to install there is a black screen that just says 'Processing'. Then nothing happens. I had not previously installed different run times or leaked versions of 10.2.1. The battery has been pulled several times and the phone restarted. All of the old apps installed as BAR files no longer run. My phone was better before the update.

I just did a full system reset and it still does not work.

Install an android port from the blackberry app store and run it. Then try installing one from snap
