That OS will NOT work in his Z10--he has an STL100-1. OP should give us a bit more info to work on. What OS is he on now, what apk's are problematic etc.

Also from the 3057 link there is this:

    Blackberry Z10 (STL 100-1)
Note: Loading the prior 10.3.3 releases on STL100-1 devices resulted in errors and did not properly install. If you choose to use these files, be aware they may cause issues with your device

So, I am not sure if this OS is compatible with his device but I guess he/she could try it. Also there is NO autoloader made for that version of the Z10. Buyer beware when trying to install. I would recommend an autoloader of a prior version, but you are correct in that the Debrick, Core and Radio are available.

What is the entire OS version number. If it is 10.3.2.2876 you probably don't have the android runtime fix. That version had a borked android runtime.

I think you can find the link to the runtime fix here: Unable to uninstall Android applications after updating to BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.3.2

Make sure you DO NOT open the app. Just back out of BBW then reboot your device (hold power key down for 12 seconds or so until you see the red led flash then let go), and let the device sit UNTOUCHED for about 10 minutes afterward. Then try to install an apk file.

You may have to put the Browser app in Desktop Mode to do this from your Z10. Open your Browser, tap overflow menu (3 vertical dots bottom left), tap Settings, Developer Tools, then enable Desktop Mode. Exit from your browser and restart to go to that BBW link on the web page I gave you in the post above.

Actually, you're suppose to be sure you're NOT in desktop mode. Open the link through the BB browser and it passes it over to BBW.

That was the case at one time but not anymore. You can get to the BBW android fix either way. I tried just before I gave him/her the advice and I could not get there with the mobile browser but I could get to it through the desktop setting. I just tried again now and could do so either way. I am not entirely sure, but I believe this may be as a result of a minor browser fix with the last 1-2 OS updates.
