Still nothing for me - Q5 (bought from EE) or my Passport (bought direct from Blackberry but with an EE SIM).
Looks like EE is the limiting factor?

I'm wondering the same (eg is EE the issue here).

I might have to wait until early April when I next see my mother, and swap in her Vodafone sim card to see if that kick-starts the OS Upgrade process....

Just pressed the software update button (even though I have long selected to receive updates automatically, everyone knows that doesn't work!).

    What do you know....bang!
Anyone in the UK received 10.3.3 yet?-img_20170222_000636.png

Just install 10.3.3 via autoloader but first make a back-up. Contrary what was stated earlier in this thread, it is perfectly possible to reinstall files (preferences, apps etc) from a 10.3.2 back-up. No big deal.

On Vodafone UK with a Shop BlackBerry unlocked Passport. I started getting notifications of the new OS 10.3.3.1435 about 5 days ago.

Am I correct in thinking that I should not bother with the upgrade? I'd be doing it via autoloader or Link anyway.

For some of us, all backups fail on 10.3.2... apparently it might be due to dodgy android apps, but due to a bug in 10.3.2 we cannot delete the android apps...

That issue of not being able to fully uninstall Android apps can be easily sorted out by installing the Android Runtime app in Blackberry World. After that, Android apps are effectively gone when you delete them.

My Passport just started an OTA update to 10.3.31435 today. So I guess Blackberry is pushing the upgrade to the last few tranches of BBOS10 devices. I really wonder why some people got it so much sooner than others. Were there problems with the implementation on Passports?...

    What network are you on?

    Is your device factory unlocked?

Sorry for the delay in my reply.
    Network: EE
Factory unlocked (bought direct from Blackberry)
Via DM on Twitter, Blackberry kept saying that my phone would get updated at some point... and it did, it just took most of the year! They can take your IMEI by DM and tell you whether or not you will get the update and whether or not this is network dependent. In my case, it was nothing to do with EE, it was up to Blackberry themselves to push it to my phone. I wonder why they rolled this out so slowly? Ironically, I have yet to notice any difference at all.
