I think he is referring to updating via an autoloader. There's a link in the 10.3.3 article on the front page to the forum in which the autoloders have been posted to.

Or via a "Blitz update" thus retaining your information.

NOTE:
Autoloaders are destructive.. meaning your phone will be wiped off all content and there will be no going back from backups created on a 10.3.2 variant.

It's really not worth it for an update that brings so few changes. I'm just going to wait. It'll get here eventually.
