    Has anyone with a Q10 SQN100-5 received the latest 10.2.1.3175 update? I am using a factory unlocked SQN100-5 model on Bell and have not yet received the update. I have tried through Link, on BlackBerry.com, without a SIM card and with a Telcel Mexico sim without success. Not sure if this has to do with Bell NOT selling the SQN100-5? I have received some updates before since I got my Q10 in February so I find this odd.

    My -5 is unlocked from BlackBerry and no update.

    Tried with my Bell SIM and Wind SIM with no success.

    No luck here either. Tried with a Bell, Fido, Wind sim

    I actually think it has to do with the way BlackBerry rolls out the update. I'm thinking they stagger the roll out by device model number, so as not to overload the servers. Just my wild guess

    I've noticed in the past that the SQN100-5 always seems to take longer

    Still didn't get anything yet. I tweeted BlackBerryHelp and they stated that it's the carrier's responsibility to release the update. Kinda weird that it would work this way for a factory unlocked phone.

    Just received a brand new unlocked Q10 from BlackBerry. Popped in my T-Mobile SIM and got the .2156 update. I was hoping for the .3175. After the update finished, I checked for updates and it said I was up to date. Using the same SIM a couple of days ago, I got the .3175 update on my Z10. Also I tried to download the latest Q10 update from Sachesi and there is no .3175 for the Q10 SQN100-5.

    Try code 302 for Canada and 610 for Bell/Virgin

    These codes work but only for the Q10 SQN100-1. Are the radios the same for all Q10's? The codes are:
    302 Canada
    720 Rogers
    Q10
    SQN100-1

    Have you tried 302 and 500?

    Sachesi found this update for SQN100-5

    UPD: Please could you write does it work fine for Q10 -5?
    Because I heard about some issues with battery life from one guy at russian forum. But I don't know which variant of q10 he has.

    I just updated my SQN100-5 Q10 with these codes using Sachesi. I was told by Thurask in another thread that all the Q10's use the same firmware. So I updated with Sachesi and everything is running great. Seems to be a small improvement on battery life too. Just be sure to delete the carrier bloat after updating.

    I don't think the 5 is an official Bell model. I got the update on a -3 Z10 with mmy Bell SIM but nothing on my Q10 with Bell or Wind.
