My colleague has the Z10 and the only problem he sees is the resolution... the screen is zoom in by default everytime he open his BlackBerry.
I have issues in general, phone "collapsed" this morning and it appears to be attempting to reboot.. (going through the system setup phases) finally gets to finalising device setup, if it doesnt get stuck there itll go through it all again, and it wont connect via usb to computer for an attempt to solve it
Can you elaborate on the issues you're having? What's wrong with your BBID password? Are you not receiving updates for apps or are updates not working correctly?
I have also recently updated to the 10.3 and after that my video won't play, I can only hear the sounds from the video I play but no pictures.
