You'll have a little lag for a few hours after the install, especially if you've set the email sync to 'forever'.

The only lag I notice is with the UI. For example, the animation for opening and minimizing apps isn't a fast and smooth as it was.

The hub is way faster (thank god!) but everything else slower and laggier now (Especially the peek and active frames.), anyone else experiencing this on their stl 100-1 device ? I installed the update like 2 days ago

Same here. It's not too bad, but definitely worse than on 10.0. And I updated when it came out earlier in the week, so it's not a "give it a few hours" issue.

For me, hub, browser, and phone app are faster. But ui in general seems slower.

I updated about 48 hrs ago, and have not done a restart since. I'll try that and report back.

I'm finding it really bad going from BBM back to the hub. I have to tap and hold on the screen for a second and then swipe. Just swiping does nothing. Leaving emails and texts are better but sometimes still requires multiple swipes. Also noticing that when closing an app the icon remains inactive for a few seconds where it used to be available immediately.

I'm happy with the update overall though, some great improvements in there. Now if only they could bring back that butter... and improve the battery life while they're at it...

You'll have to be patient as the first few hours after the upgrade will definitely be laggy on the z10 especially if you have performed a restore. That?s because the phone is syncing not just the hub, but the settings that you had prior to the upgrade. After everything has been synced a few restarts might be necessary. Right now, mine works buttery smooth.

Restart the phone 3 or 4 times which reduces some of the lag and then wait about a day. It becomes as smooth as 10.0 was
