Hey,

I couldn't find anything about it, has there been any information about S/MIME or PGP Support in 10.3? It's quite sad that a self proclaimed security focused OS does not support either of these 2 possibilities for non-BES users.
I was hoping they would add support in 10.3, but so far I haven't heard anything about it.

Just as a continued nagging, iPhone and Android both offer at least one of those two options. I'm really hoping BlackBerry will at some point too.

Nothing that I've read about as yet. But, we've only seen the very preliminary versions leaked. The other confirmed features are relatively "small" (but important) addons. We know that there's more, and bigger features expected -- we just don't know what they are.

I'm also going to be watching this one very closely. I for one really need this to be implemented on 10.3

I understand BlackBerry's need to make money from BES, but to intentionally cripple such a vital security feature for non-BES users is just insane. As it has been pointed out in other threads, the capability is certainly there, but this has been artificially limited by BlackBerry.

I can only hope that 10.3 changes this!

Any news on this? Passports and various leaks are out... has this been included?

All I know is that the app PGpgp works ok on my Passport. Maybe a possible workaround.

I see mentions of PGP keys while looking through the Settings app (extracted bar file) on 10.3.1, but it's either disabled for now, or its BES only.
