I would like to try a leak and I don't want to make a whole copy of settings. Is there any way how to save my own dictionary only? This is really important for me to upgrade my OS.

no make a full backup of your phone. When you restore, you can restore just the settings. I think the dictionary would be in there. You can do a selective restore.
