    We have a family subscription service and we have 5 iphones, 1 android and 1 blackberry (Q10 mine)

    Everyone else seems happy with the service and the only person missing out is me.

    Is there a particular version that won't drain the battery and actually works without cutting out?

    Clean Spotify's cache. I update via Snap every time a Spotify update is released, and I have no drain issues on my Passport. It started to have random battery draining once (not after an update), and cleaning the cache fixed it instantly. Only time I had an issue, and it hasn't returned since.

    Cool, but what if I use one of their apk apps? These are what I have on my phone (see screenshots below) and I just re-installed the 4.4.0 just now.

    An APK is the only way to get Spotify on our BB10 devices. Just try clearing the cache in the device monitor.
