I'm rocking an SE Passport, unlocked from shop blackberry, on AT&T. No update yet.
Ironically, I got the update a week ago on my old Z10, unlocked.
In Michigan USA.

So weirdness today on the upgrade.

Was on the .2226 with my Silver Passport that many of us are. Wasn't being offered the upgrade OTA. Plugged into Link. Offered an upgrade via Link, but to. 2226, the OS I'm currently on!

Did it anyway. Seemed rather small, but it installed. Restated. Confirmed phone is (still) on the "new". 2226. And still no offer to the new. 24XX (can't remember the exact number of the OS we're discussing as I type this).

My "new". 2226 seems the same as the "old". 2226.

Weird!!!

Same here. I got the same OS offered which I am currently on in the , and so far nothing for the 24xx. I am just going to wait until I get OTA offer.

So here is the response I got today from BlackBerry help:
Hello, xxxxxx. Thanks for the details provided. Please consider that a software update bundle might vary depending on the device model, carrier and area. Based on our system, we can see that your device software is up to date.

I had already followed the instructions with no luck, provided the device information but BlackBerry seem to think I have the latest software even though it's not showing that? Wtf does that mean?

I had to shut off my unlocked Z30, remove the SIM (I'm on Wind Mobile), boot back up and then check for updates via WiFi. Updating now...

omg, finished call with blackberry passport support with Miguel. He has checked the software and has said that Blackberry develops, upper management have not officially released 10.3.2.2474 and whilst they see the release notes on crackberry.com they are "not saying its wrong" but they want me to check the source as they dont believe there is a new release??? WTF is that about. I asked him to clarify that the Editor in Chief of Crackberry.com would falsely promote worldwide the latest OS as official when Blackberry is denying it? No that's not what i am saying but Blackberry does not have this software released by its developers. He said thank you for bringing this article to our attention. I am absolutely gobsmacked, i dont know what to say. I have a case number so i have another 5 days but perhaps Blaize or Kevin could weigh in on this directly????

He's just clueless and reading what they tell him. They're not even trying to give you a straight answer. The question probably isn't going beyond India (no offenses intended).

Am on the phone right now to Nancy who admits there is new software but it's not compatible with my kernel numbers on my device or region or carrier. So yes there is but no its not for you. She is aware that I can download official from crackberry but it might cause issues with my phone!
