BlackBerry communication strategy needs review. If you are going to say worldwide update for all bb10 devices, mean it! Don't Jerk us around. We are here for you BlackBerry but cmon treat us with respect at least!

I am on Ting in Columbus, OH (which means T-Mobile where I live) and got the update on my unlocked Z30 bought from Amazon the day it was released.

Never got the earlier build version 10.3.2, though. I was still on 10.3.1; the update was 1.6 GB.

This is interesting. First, BlackBerry pushes a 10.3.2 update to the US and then after 2 months or so, pushes an even higher build to the rest of the world but not to the US.

The US and Canada - we haven't received any update this time either...

Exactly! I'm sure when the Droid is announced and out those in North America will be the last to be able to purchase it. Probably months after everyone else has it

No update on Virgin Mobile in Toronto as of this posting. Not even SIM pulling has yielded results. Don't really want to go through the backup/restore hassle at this time in order to install it manually.

Whenever it comes, it comes. Not really in a rush.

You can do a manual update non-destructively.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the phone. Some android apps are a little sluggish on their load and performance on the phone, but that's the nature of using an emulator.

I wish I had 4G LTE but just 4G works fine. Honestly I don't notice much network speed difference between my Z10 which had 4G LTE and just 4G on my Z30.

So no real complaints. I am going to get one of the new Microsoft phones that's coming out later this year but that's because my employer wants me to have one. I will probably also keep my Z30 for a while after.

Why is your Z30 4G only?

Answering for Hotfix, but the Z30 doesn't have all the LTE bands that AT&T uses, because it was never released for AT&T.

I think of all the band's it does have, it overlaps only one of AT&T's LTE bands, but one that very few places actually use, so in most places, LTE just isn't available.

I think actually it's because he's probably using the Verizon model, which has the band's for T-Mobile LTE but not all of those of the AT&T.

Pretty sure my father's Z10 did unlocked on AT&T.
    I'll check again.

Correction, he had ordered a Z10 and it was doing the update. But it was an unlocked Verizon model and he sent it back.

    Nothing on Shop.BlackBerry Z30 either

The Shop.BlackBerry phone is what annoys me the most. What's the point of getting the phone directly from BlackBerry if you don't get the updates when BlackBerry releases them?

I tried a number of ways. SIM, No SIM, Link. I even tried putting in a SIM from the Philippines, still nothing...I have a UK SIM around here somewhere but not sure where it is.

The only way I was able to get the update (from BlackBerry) was to do a factory reset through Link. However then I loose everything on my phone

That's the way I see it. For this of us already on 10.3.2, it is only some bug fixes. Let those who are still on 10.2.1 get it going and settled first. No skin off my back.

It's a P'9982. Afaik, there's a North American version and Rest of World version. Each have different frequency bands so I can't get like LTE on it here with my carrier. It's the first I see any 10.3.2 update for it and the only BB I have showing this.
