An STL-3 wasn't sold in India. Try using link.

Mine is stl100-4 unlocked.....only issue is whether unlocked devices will get the ota update or not.....

First of all the update doesn't depend on carrier in India. still if you face any problem, then turn off the mobile network and use WiFi to get the update. I got the update yesterday on bsnl, but used airtel network as the same way as stated above.
