Is any one, can explain how to create a Blitz folder ???

Make a folder.
Put signed OS bar file in folder.
Put signed Radio bar file in folder.
Put app bars in folder.
Done.

If for your own use, just like Dan said, but make sure you have proper Radio and Core OS for your specific device or nothing will happen.

Is there a way to make a hybrid blitz? To be more precise lets say os and apps from 1016 and the radio from .800?

Just throw the 801 radio in instead of 1017
