Yes. 10.3.3 will bring the follow NEW features:
    1. Dual boot to Android and Apple iOS
    2. 4k camera capabilities.
    3. Laser pointer.
    4. Solar upgrade. No need to charge ur phone. Your screen now is a solar panel capable of charging the phone in under 5 mins.

    I'll stop now.

Love my passport just the way it is.

I think so. Minor UI thing.

    I don't like this though:

if it's taking them this long, there has to be bug fixes...there's really only a few left to resolve:

hopefully the shaky screen syndrome in sms...that makes me dizzy.

a browser upgrade would be nice, and would fall under 'security update'

the random smearing of the top of camera images is another big one.

    otherwise, best. phone. ever.

Apparently it's sitting on the desk at NIAP, and may be for some time yet.

Apparently it is not known. One Russian website claims (citing its own insider) that NIAP certificate has already been received in March and reasons for 10.3.3 release delay are unknown and might be connected to a mere lack of BB10 programmers since most of them were fired.

We'll never know for sure, but I'll take Bla1ze's speculation over an unidentified Russian any day.

Okay guys, disregard my previous post. I will tell you something else. I might be wrong and I assume that this is my speculation based on what I found. So, I just went to NIAP website, found two lists: product compliant list (https://www.niap-ccevs.org/Product/) and products in evaluation list (https://www.niap-ccevs.org/Product/PINE.cfm). And guess what? No BlackBerry product in both lists! There are Apple, Samsung, Microsoft products, but none of BlackBerry. Given that NIAP certification procedure takes 3-4 months plus that BlackBerry 10.3.3 not even in the list of evaluation, I conclude that 10.3.3 will be released at the end of this year))
Please, correct me if I am wrong.

Well seeing how the news about Google and BlackBerry are in partnership of some sort, the priority for BB10 is slim.

But since Chen is confident with BB10 as his primary phone, it's hard to believe that he will give up on it...

Chens BB10 device probably has an updated ART and other bells and whistles that will never see the light of day unless your some big wig up that food chain. His BB10 device is probably on steroids so he doesn't have really consider BB10 at all. U wouldn't be shocked if he has Google Play Store on it. Lol.

If it is so, why did they launch 10.3.3 Dev OS. The update will be sooner, hope it's this month. But I'm really fed up waiting for it.
