I've been using a fitbit since August (Flex and now the recalled but still awesome Force).

I was reading here about the Fitbit app Fit Bit app on the way - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com ...
But I was wondering: is BTLE even unlocked in BB10 and are there any apps that use it?

AFAIK, BT LE isn't supported for now in the Android Runtime. But I think it's planned for a future Android road map. We just have to wait and see.

I read this before. Are we sure it's android related? I see my flex in the bb10 bluetooth devices, but it won't connect. Therefore, I'm wondering if it's something in the native OS or hardware. Thoughts?

FYI, this app doesn't even work with all android phones that support LE. The ability for connect to the fit bit relies within the app. It won't connect unless it's through the app regardless of if your phone is supported or not.

Your welcome . At least now you know how BT LE works specifically with regards to "any love for Fit Bit BT LE?". Because one can easily do a search and find that it says both on the online specs, side of the BlackBerry device product box, in the BT protocols and codecs that BT LE is supported on BB10.
