    Something like the way Android does would be amazing. I feel like carrier provided data usage info (through app or web app) overstates the usage.

    Does anyone know when BlackBerry will be getting it?

    It is in 10.3 and 10.3.1. I get alerts when I'm 75% and when I over exceeded my limit.

    Yes it will work on Z10 but depends on what OS you are running. I'm at Z10STL100-4/10.3.1.1016 and have the option to get notified when I'm at a certain percentage (in my case set to to 75%) of my 2 GB monthly allotment. Also have the option to set what day of the month to reset based on billing cycle.
