I have been trying to download antivirus from BBWorld,
I get an error at the end, this is very frustrating as my phone caught a virus and I need to clean it asap.
Very disapointed

I would think clearing your browser cache and resetting it to default settings, along with checking recent installed apps is all you need to do.

Well, then, your IT department is either incompetent, or didn’t want to deal with a BB10 phone so they gave you a generic excuse so you’d go away.

Is it the corporate app store or BalckBerry World.... many users had issues with BBW over the last few days. Seems to be clearing up.
