I am not on 10.3.3, so I guess that is the reason I see an Android Runtime update available and a Payment Options update available.

Tried installing them both but both always gets stuck during installation.

Any ideas, guys please? Fresh OS install maybe?

That Runtime update is ONLY for OS 10.3.2.2876 (2836).

Install and reboot - don't "open".

So I just did as you advised, rebooted instead of opening, but both the updates are still in bbw. Weird.

That Runtime update is ONLY for OS 10.3.2.2876 (2836).

So, it doesn't need runtime anymore when the os already 10.3.3.3216??

no harm, I think all version if you got bug of the runtime so, you must update the runtime.

Installing that update on other versions of BB10 will usually corrupt the Runtime. You might want to read the actual release notes...

note : if you got bug on other version (10.3.3), install the runtime. if no, dont install it. just it.
do you have a solution? if not, I will ask them for reinstall their os.

Never install the runtime on anything but 10.3.2.2876 unless you want to mess up your phone or (on the off chance it doesn't screw up) potentially open your phone up to bugs and security vulnerabilities by using an older runtime.
