    Can we remove android play from 10.3 without issues for the os?
    If we remove it with any flahing tool it will come back after restart...

    You can remove it yes but any apps you downloaded from the store will possibly not work if you do remove it. It will not come back after a restart as you have to install it yourself to begin with

    Not yet..
    But given the state of most apps in our ecosystem it's only a matter of time before they and the apks are pushed to minimum requirements of 4.4 Kit Kat and then we are all screwed
