    Hi everyone

    Ever since upgrading to the official 10.3.1 (from a beta 10.3.1.1547?) Any Android HUB notification fails to open.

    For example, if I receive an eBay notification for items ending soon, once I click it, instead of going to the notification to allow jumping to the app, a black blank screen appears.

    I experience with all Android Notifications, Viber, eBay, etc.

    Anyone else had the disappointment of experiencing this and did you find a way to resolve/fix the issue?

    Any help in this regard would be appreciated. Thanks.

    PS. I have re installed the apps!

    there was an issue with certain OSes but I believe that is fixed now with 2708. Have you thought about trying a new OS?

    Same thing happens to my Z10. However, my Q10 and my Z30 are working fine. All three phones are on 2708. I tried wiping and reloading from backup. It didn't help.

    Want to add that all OS updates on all 3 phones were done OTA upon carrier push except 2582 was installed on the Z10 via autoloader. The problem occurs since that os install and the carrier pushed 2709 didn't fix it. I am unsure autoloading 2709 will fix it.

    It's a corruption in the database, so reloading the phone will fix it.

    This is most often the case, but in a few lucky cases an OS update can give the device a kick in the pants too, which may revive the notifications.

    Finally loaded 2726, did not restore from backup, reinstalled all apps and accounts and reset up system settings. The android notification problem is fixed. I loaded 2726 simply because I have the autoloader and it is faster than wiping. If you have installed 2708, I am pretty sure that wiping the phone and reinstalling will work too.
