I can afford to lose WhatsApp but this will impact me. Do you know if there are alternative to Dropbox that use the old API level that's compatible? Like Microsoft's cloud setup?

I think you addressed this above. I attach files from Dropbox all the time. Will need to figure out something.

I suspect several of the Android File Managers with DropBox capabilities will still function. It's the "built-in" capabilities that won't work anymore. So adding files to an email will require an extra step to download them first with the working "app".

    Or you use OneDrive.....

I can confirm that both "Connect to Dropbox" and "PlayCloud" no longer connect to Dropbox's servers. Alternatives for BB10 users are welcomed.

Likewise, the official Android Dropbox app from the Amazon App Store so far works fine on BB10. I would think it's the same for the one on Google Play Store. Unlike other apps, this one seems to be constantly updated on the Amazon App Store (latest one is from August).

@JG_Agustin, the DropBox cache is cleared if you sign out and back in again. The bigger worry is that the v1 API cutoff date is Sep 28th of this year. Unless there is an update, BB10 will lose access.

As much as I like my Passport SE keyboard, I find the thumb travel too tiring after a lot of typing. The KEYᵒⁿᵉ may seem cramped at first, but it makes for a more comfortable experience. The keys just melt under the thumbs when you fly.

I have a Priv too, and the KEYᵒⁿᵉ is better in almost every respect. I have a hard time putting it down.
Passport seems like something to keep at home and forward documents to. Well I would, it is a great device probably my fav next to Z10 but the mobility is not its strong point.

The Android version of Dropbox (from Amazon) works just fine. The original just redirected you to a browser anyway. Z30. Running 10.3.3.1463
