Please let me know if anyone has a suggestion.

I haven't had this issue since loading 10.2.1 (which I was coming from). Is there a run time file I can side load or another way to fix this issue without a wipe? Thanks!

So funny, I have the following paragraph saved to my Clipman because of all the android app messing up and needing to be restarted lately.

Try this:
Amazon Appstore has been having some authentication issues.

Go to Device Monitor then Storage then Appstore. Clear data. It will ask you to confirm. Confirm. Back out. Tap Appstore icon. You will have to login. Once you login, all your data will repopulate.

Thank you for responding. This is definitely something I hadn't tried. Unfortunately, the clear data button is not active and it shows 0 KB. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
