i upgraded my q10 recently to 10.3.2.500 ,software release 10.3.2.304.
the autoloader file size was around 433mb .now i am not able to open apps such as skype, mxplayer etc. it opens and just crashes and closes itself.

    You have only one choice.
Find the autoloader here on CB for your device and reload 500.
If the autoloader was 433 mb that wasn't an autoloader. They are about 1.3GB in size. I don't know what you loaded but that wasn't the Core OS and radio and apps.

Download the proper autoloader and install it to reload 500

It was probably NOT the autoloader but just the core and radio bar. If you don't install also all the apps, including the android runtime app you will end up with a no fully functional OS.
Try to load up via Sachesi also all the .Bar apps

I agree with Jaydee - you should reinstall everything using the autoloader.

Installations using Sachesi are safe if you are sideloading over a known and working previous installation - in this case, it is not known exactly what you have installed thus far.

Using an autoloader states everything over "fresh".
