I noticed that the new Blackphone offers much better Android app controls than BB10 offers.
I think we should be able to control Android apps with the same precision with which we can control BlackBerry apps.

Blackphone is running an Android Branch OS. It is not Google's official Android. It also has very limited apps like BlackBerry 10. It doesn't support Google Play Store either. You have to get apps from their secure store, and all the apps in the store have been modified to run on that OS version. You can control Android permissions to a certain degree using Cobalt's Google ID app, but until Google changes their OS to allow complete control over permissions, you won't be able to adjust them completely.

What's OHA and does it have Google Play Services?

OHA means Open Handset Alliance, and if this is so, then it should have Google Play Services, but I'd like to see the link where this is written myself.

These Blackphone handsets though are running around $1100.00 a piece, which is a little out of my price range.
