My company uses this air watch on all company phones but I was under the impression this was for pushing profiles and setups to the phone, ie(phone has to have lock, when we switched email from in house server to outlook365, company app pushed to phone) . I also use email on my personal z-10 using active sync and no air watch at all on this device.

I believe that if you are using office 365 you can get around air watch, and go directly in.l, which seems to be working for you. I don't think that air watch supports any profiles on bb10 just a way to connect to a bes server.

So Airwatch just acts as a gatekeeper. That's why I am able to sync my z10 even if it seems that it's not enrolled.

Now if only I can get my Z30 to do the same

Unfortunately since there is no secure content locker for bb10 I can't see attachments. The android version doesn't work.

Do you see your BlackBerry 10 phone on the Airwatch console? It shows up as Android?

Mine shows up as a blackberry, if I put the wrong group nothing shows up. That is why I think you have the wrong group.

It's possible, check to see if other groups exist and try them

    OK. I am lost.
I've installed AirWatch MDM. It actually installed and "enrolled" on a Q10, but I believe it should have apps within the app, which i do not see.

I have also tried to setup work email via regular means supplying the servername I took from AirWatch App (mag.company.com). MAG stands for Mobile Access Gateway, but I get
"Your account Domain - [email protected] cannot be authenticated with your service provider. Please make sure that the account settings are correct"

I am also unable to login to mag.company.com, but I do get an airwatch prompt there.

There are no apps for BlackBerry 10. So you won't see any. For me, the active sync server address was different than the server used to enroll. Do some digging around dns to see if you can find the airwatch proxy. Try something that sounds like aw something or MDM.company.com

Now BB10 is open for other MDMs, so BB10 should be supported.

My company has BES and Cytrix for BYOD. While it was communicated (almost a year ago) that BYOD supports Android and iPhone only, since then BlackBerry released statement that Bb10 are open to other MDMs. I have lost interest in BYOD due to stupid renumeration policy, therefore didn't push it through.

Just wanted to provide an update.
Couldn't get airwatch to work on BB (or Kindle). Couldn't figure out the email Proxy.

Tried OWM (seems like a pure web interface app). Required Lucky Patcher. Nor worth the money I paid for it or the hassle.
Tried Omnimail.. Seems more functional, but not the best looking app. Glad there was a trial.
Tried Mobile Access for Outlook OWA. Required Lucky Patcher too. This looks great so far. Worth the $6 for sure
Installed gsyncit. Cannot provide enough feedback yet, but I don't see why it couldn't work, and Outlook being "always on" isn't an issue for me 99%+ of the time.

i think i tried this version, however my company blocks it somehow, owm is pretty featureless, but it did work for me at the simplest form. with 10.3 bb10 keyboard works, so it was more manageable

Also try this to find your airwatch or active sync address. It worked for me.

Don't need it, just type in the domain, like if your email address is [email protected] put company.com in the search field. Then you can look for something like email.company.com or eas, or whatever they named it.
