Just a figure of speech. There was absolutely no usefull information, except that a person had installed the OS. I called my daughter, yesterday.

I'm in the same boat. The phone is getting a little buggy and a wipe and new OS hopefully will do the trick.

Have you noticed any issues since the upgrade? Do you recommend a fellow Verizon Z10 user take the same route?

2576 is not allowing text of pics. It gives a "General Problems" notation.

The new OS versions, 10.3.1.2576/10.3.1.2582, fix most of the issues users were experiencing with the original 10.3.1 release (OS versions 10.3.1.2243/10.3.1.2267).
The big ones that have been fixed are:
    - Z30 screen malfunction if battery is fully drained
    - FREAK vulnerability
    - Max notification volume too low (in fixing this they actually made it so that keyboard feedback volume when set to lowest still makes sound unless you're in silent profile, also not fixed for some Q10 users)
    - Phone takes a few seconds to connect to incoming calls, during which time the phone continues to vibrate
    - Rotation lock issues

Some users have also seen improvements with Android run-time and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Although there are some issues that still persist from the original 10.3.1 update and a few users have mentioned a few minor new ones, overall the "new 10.3.1" (2576/2582) is very good and, in my opinion, much improved over 10.3.1.2243/10.3.1.2267!
