Basically, the icons on the BlackBerry Hub screen start up indicate progress by flashing icons one by one, but nothing has been loading for the past few hours. Based on the previous threads on this question, I have tried:

• Hard restart via volume keys / alt-shift-del
• Normal restart by holding power button
• Swiping down from the right corner to restart BB Hub
• Cannot access "Accounts" in the Settings menu to remove any errant accounts
• Made sure there are no odd emails waiting on the server/my added accounts
• Accrssing the Hub via the text message program doesn't work
• Deleted applications that have access to the Hub (Whatsapp, etc.)
• Contacts and calendar are similarly inaccessible (forever spinning icon)
• There is nothing wrong with my device's Wifi/internet

Aside from a full wipe and reset, I'm running out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated. 10.3.3.2205.

Hmm I recall a hard reset option. I think it's holding power button and volume up at the same time. Other option maybe to reset the hub with the 5 diagonal swipe from top right corner to the middle maybe?
