    I have all my advanced interactions on but they typically dont work properly. Holding my phone doesn't keep the screen on even though its supposed to. I pick my phone up off a table and the screen wont turn on without swiping up. However when im in my car I set my phone on the dash and the screen will just randomly turn on and stay on. I have tried turning off settings and device restarts but neither has helped my classic work properly. Any other suggestions?

    Check that advanced interactions are not turned off in battery saving mode (if your device is even in battery saving mode).
    Otherwise, try BBVE for a diagnosis.
