I've been trying for a while with total commander to find where the android sounds are (I want to add one of my own) but for the life of me I can't find them, are they hidden somewhere?

What android sounds?? Notifications you mean?? If so, then you change them in your profile settings for specific apps. If the app is not listed there, then you can't change them as you won't receive any anyway...

I mean ringtones, I installed an Android app (namely llama) which allows you to change ringtones according to chosen profiles, and it proposes Android sounds, if I could understand where the devil it picks those sounds I would be able to add my custom ringtones to that folder. Hope that made sense.

Yes!
Is that a locked folder or something as I just tried moving/copying a file there and won't let me do it.

EDIT: Yes there must definitely be a permission issue on that folder, I had a bit of time today and tried different ways, copy/paste move to and actual typying/overwriting but none of those worked, always gave an error. I also tried changing permission to 777 but it won't stick.
