Account Info Needed - for a removed BB World app (Tube Map)
In my Q10, I installed and removed Tube Map (from Blackberry World) and now I keep receiving a message asking me to update my account. When I click on the link it sends me to a black screen with "Loading Accounts..." message and a running circle indicating activity. Nothing happens from this point.
Please, how do I get it to stop?
Never heard of this. Anyway, did you try a restart? If that doesn't work, perhaps try adding your BlackBerry ID again. It is in system settings -> BlackBerry ID.
Thanks GSM. Did you mean restarting the device? Yes. I also tried to install again the application and removing it afterwards with no avail. My blackberry ID is there stored.

If that doesn't work, perhaps try app permissions? Could be try a try. As der_mit posted, you will probably need to wipe your device or wait for an update to get this fixed.
We have seen this problem occur for a few people, and on various apps not just Tube Map. Unfortunately, from what we have seen, this is something that Blackberry need to address as we cant see a viable solution as it is something happening from their end of things.
We have sent this information to our contact at BlackBerry but as yet we havent seen a fix put in place for it.

I now installed again the application and granted all permissions available. Lets see if this solves the issue. Lets see if it works!
Tube Map also dont ask for user/pwd during installation - similar to yours.
