    Hi all.

    So I recently deleted my facebook account and then deleted the Facebook app off my z30. Ever since doing this I keep receiving a notification saying "account info needed". When I open up the notification it brings me to the account info in settings but it keeps spinning around and doesn't do anything. See screen shot below.

    How do I fix this, it's becoming annoying as hell

    I've tried re downloaded Facebook app. Once I try to log in, it brings me back to the same account settings screen that spins around. Other than that I've considered re storing the device but I'm having issues backing up my z30. After I click backup on BlackBerry Link it also keeps spinning saying beginning backup.

    As you can see I'm struggling ha

    So while trying to back up. It says preparing to back up. And it's gets stuck. See screen shot

    Well I did a security wipe and that did the trick. I'm guessing because Facebook comes pre installed on the z30 it's not a good idea to delete it
