I keep getting these notification in my hub telling me I need to update my password for certain accounts (insta10, iGrann, Candid). It's super annoying! I get all 3 once everyday.

There's 2 problems here:

1. My password is correct for these apps, I can access these apps fine.

2. These 2 apps don't appear under accounts in the settings menu. Therefore if I open the notification to try to address it I get an error message shown below.



Any suggestions would be great

FIX:

I had this same issue, and still do every time I've restored from link after installing an os from an autoloader on Q10, Z10, and on Passport. However, I finally decided to use the Blitz method, and it takes care of the problem all 3 times I tried it.

That thread has the latest and greatest os, unless you have a Passport, there's another one you can load too. There's instructions included in the thread. It's super easy. Let me know how it goes.

Hi! I finally tried the blitz method and it didn't fix it for me? Am I suppose to wipe the device first? then use blitz then restore from blackberry link?

Because I didn't do that, all I did was use blitz to begin with! =/

I'm not sure if you have to, but yeah, I had backed up with latest version of Link, used autoloader, and did full restore from Link, which created the ploblem. So if i were you at this point, I would install latest Blend which has latest Link included, then do full backup in Link, find autoloader for your current version of 10.3.1, but not the newest, run autoloader, do full restore from link, then find Blitz file for 10.3.1.2582, and install from Sachesi. Be sure Link is only open when doing your backup and restore, but closed during other processes. Also make sure you have latest version of Sachesi. Let me know how thing turn out. You will have the initial account information needed notifications, but for me they don't come back unless I run another autoloader instead of Blitz method.

Forgot to mention, I have done security wipes sometimes and sometimes not, but it couldn't hurt to do one after autoloader, but before restore from Link. I would do just that.

Oh okay! So my problem was I was using sachesi to install the same version of the OS! That's fine then, I'll just wait til a newer version of the OS comes out! and do it then! Cheers for the help!

That looks like a neat utility. If I hadn't finally tried a blitz update and saw that it got rid of those pesky notices, I'd give it a go.

Accounts cleaner in BlackBerry world will fix this problem.
Just be careful not to delete a legit account.
