    I have some purchased music on 7 that wasn't on my sd card when I swapped phones.
    I try downloading them, it says downloading but nothing happens. I have given it an hour but still nothing. I'm using wifi btw.
    I can't see any contacts on the app to ask for help?
    Any ideas?

    I have used it a few months ago.
    It did download my songs, but not to the folder I had defined.
    The BB10 Music App didn't find the songs either.
    I manually copied them from the strange download folder to the SD card and then all was working fine.

    I know it is not as easy as downloading them directly to your phone, but you could try doing it from their website on a computer and then just transfer the files over.

    Tried amazon mp3 on my z10 it was worse just kept freezing. Haven't bothered with it since.

    May have to, trouble is laptop is so old and slow I never use it just my phone or playbook!

    You could also try the 7digital website from your phone's browser and download that way. I recall doing that a few times in the past when the app was working nicely.

    This is what worked best for me. Going to the website on my phone and signing in let me download the songs that weren't showing up on my device after purchase through the app.
