3RSH_A error while trying to connect to internet

My Z10 hits 3RSH_A error while trying to start Droid Store and some other programs.
BB World can not access internet too despite the fact that internet (Wi-Fi) is working. Built-in browser is opening http sites but can not open https sites.

Opera Mini for Android installed but I can not start it.

I suspect the problem related to some expired certificate but not sure. Any idea what to do?

What is the OS version in your Z10? That may explain some problems.
