Don't any developer have the mind to create a 3rd party Facebook application for BlackBerry. Or is there one somewhere I'm not seeing

I don't believe it's because no one knows how to create the app. Matter of fact, I believe BlackBerry created the BB Facebook app that we are using.

The Facebook Messenger app from Nemory. Other than that, I haven't noticed any other "BlackBerry" Facebook apps- especially, not a full site app. The Android Mini-Facebook app is a nice alternative.

I don't think Facebook allows third party apps for the main site, unless terms are negotiated like BlackBerry did.

They most likely do, with the Graph API, used it once myself, right old pain in the arse

facebook has been making it a pain for devs lately. Changing and limiting APIs frequently.

Yeah, I think Facebook allows 3rd Party apps, but only BlackBerry has done one. I wonder why Nemory is not considering it at all since he's focus is on 3rd party

Yeah, real pain, It took me years to actually understand FB api, but as I get to understand things, they just keep depricating their apis. Facebook seems to care more about the comfort of the users and less about the comfort of the developers

Did BlackBerry actually negotiate the terms?. I think this might be possible because of the way the login works..... Different from every other Facebook connected application

I am up for a 3rd party fb app. If BlackBerry doesn't make an android device. I really want to. I can use the private api they use for android or ios to eliminate the limitations. We'll see
