On my Z10, I love using the photo app, "360 Panorama", to take stunning photos of the video all around me.

Since I installed 1055, this app won't work. When I tap on the icon to start the app, the app logo appears and fills the screen, but after 2-3 seconds, it vanishes.

I have uninstalled it and re-downloaded it and re-installed it. It still doesn't work.

Any ideas or just wait for another leak. I really don't want to rollback to the official OS cuz I'm loving the new features so much. Everything else is working.

I wish I could help more other than to tell you it works for me.

As you have an unofficial OS you may have to wait till there is an update for the app because there isn't any support for your OS till now. That's the negative side of installing leaks...

I have the same problem with the app as well. It happens every time I go to a leak, possibly when the leak is one revision higher, such as when the leaks went to 10.2.0 and the released was 10.1.0.

    Thanks for the input guys.

FYI: my Z10 is model STL100-3.

Maybe I should "permanently delete" it, then re-download and re-install. But will I lose the photos I had saved before upgrading to 1055? Maybe I should find them on the device memory and copy then onto an external hard drive/cloud.

If you restore from link you may have issues with this app and others. I always store my pics, vids and docs on my SD card. When I load a leak I never restore and have never had to many issues with leaks.

I just skip the app data when I backup and restore.

What you also could try is, install an android launcher off the net and if you use the camera from in there, it launches the android camera which has 360 mode as well as some other features that BlackBerry camera doesn't offer. Like high speed shooting. There are quite a few good launchers out there that will do the job awesomely ,just requires a couple more taps to get there.

When you try to open an app and it closes a few seconds later, it's just crashing for some reason. I usually restart the device and if the problem was Something with the Android, it's usually fixed... otherwise uninstall, restart, reinstall
